This is the final episode in our 5 week program designed to guide you into a habit of gratitude in order to enhance your well-being during and after cancer treatment. We hope you’ve enjoyed the series!
In this episode Dr. Torelli shares advice on how people can focus on gratitude during tough times. We also discuss how people can maintain a practice of gratitude going forward.
